Do Real Men Drink Pink Champagne?

I saw a review of Pink Champagnes in the newspaper. I noted one in my price range and thought it would be great to drink more pink champagne....but then I hesitated....would my husband drink Pink Champagne?

In the 80's style of "Real Men Don't Eat Quiche -- I came to the conclusion that Real Men Don't Drink Pink Champagne.

I don't even want to bring some home or ask my husband to drink it. I'll stick with the yellow/beige stuff if any at all!!

I want my man to drink something brown, and hearty, and shall we say "manly!??"

Is this wrong?

Cheers! Heidi

(P.S. BTW --Published in 1982, Real Men Don't Eat Quiche was on the New York Times best seller list for 53 weeks, and sold over 1.6 million copies....wow)

I'm sure the "manly men" will say "NO WAY". I say if a man is secure in his man hood, he will. What does he care?

Dudes....I often wish that I drank manly drinks. I only drink red wine, but every now and then I fanatasize about order a Scotch and water, or bourbon or something that would make women swoon....

I thought you were more of a Shirley Temple kind of guy

I would kill for a scotch on the rocks these days! But alas, it is not meant to be.

I think that my husband would drink it at home, but never in front of anyone!

I have had pink champagne with my fiance & my dad. While they have metrosexual tendencies, it was just adorable to watch them sip a pink drink!!

My man is secure, and happily drinks pink champagne. Get this - he drinks what tastes good, not what looks good. How much more level and secure could he be than that?

I am a real man and I love pink champagne......just e-mail me at zodiacair@midmaine.com if you want the details!

I don't drink any form of alcohol and I did not write that post. I dumped a woman named Sandy Padham from Dexter, Maine, and since then she's been posting stuff everywhere in my name. She is subject to passive-aggressive behaviors and that's why I dumped her.

Pink Champagne indeed!

I am a "real man" and I`ll drink pink champagne and Bourbon and Beer .... not necessarily in that order...lol. I ride a harley and am a company director. I also have a good friend called Sandy Padham from dexter who Jim Surra had some nasty comments about. I know Sandy has better things to do then slander and be a general nuisance to a ex boyfriend unlike some. In the 10 years that I have known her she has been nothing but helpfull and considerate to those around her.... I think Jim should withdraw his comments and apologise to the lady.

cheers Tony.

I just reviewed my post. Everything is accurate there, Tony is just not too bright. I was responding to a nuisance post made by Sandy, as I have to a dozen other bits of trouble Sandy tried to start after I declined to extend our relationship, like her going into places and changing passwords and such, using any level of trust she had to try to cause me trouble. She's nothing to me, and she saw to it personally. Unlike Tony, I can see the trees for the forest. Tony may have known Sandy for ten years, but I've known others like her all my life and it doesn't take long to recognize that type of person once you've been around them for a short time. Sandy is who I said she is, and Tony is very likely who I reckon him to be. I stand on my post. Oh, and she's no lady, that much is for sure.
I'm still a real man, I just don't need alcohol to be one. I doiubt the same is true for Tony.

Nice post Jim, just what I would expect from someone who is a "controller" and needs to get the last word in. If you enjoy insulting my intelligence thats ok with me, I am comfortable with who I am. I don,t need to slander people and cast doubt on their character to feel good.
I suspect you have a need to feel superior by being the "dumper" rather then the "dumpee" in a relationship. At the end of the day does it really matter which you are, the relationship did not work out and that should be the finish of the matter.
As far as being a caring sharing person I still rate Sandy 10 out of 10 who would never make nuisance posts. You need to look further afield for the guilty party.
Oh and by the way last sentence "doiubt" I assume you mean "doubt" I would have thought someone as "bright' as you could spell.
I,m posting this on the last day of the year and I shall toast you with pink champagne at midnight Jim.

Cheers Tony.

I got a pretty good laugh looking at your spelling in the next sentence after you pointed out my typo. Guess you got into the pink stuff a little early that day, eh, Tony?

You are right, the end should be the finish of the matter. Wonder why she couldn't leave it alone then?

Suck those suds down and give her a "10", Tony. You really are an idiot.

She owes ME an apology. Nobody but her knew the passwords that were changed, and it has never happened since then or before that happened. You probably ARE a director, Tony, in my experience they're the ones who know the LEAST about what is going on around them, but I'll admit you probably get PAID the most!

Wonder if you still have that job?

I`ve read that sentence of mine several times and I fail to see the typo? Maybe we had different schooling.... lol.
Somehow Jim I think you see things that are not realy there and then look for someone to blame..... I guiess it makes you feel superior even to the extent of calling me an "idiot".
Just to bring you up to date, yes I still have my job, do you have yours?

All the best Jim.
Tony.
