Why Do Men Do This?

When guys stick a Naked Woman silhouette sticker on their back window - or a classic mudflap --- what message are they trying to send??

I'm just askin.' I was driving behind one of these trucks on Route 95 in North Carolina. I had lots of time on my hands. So I started thinking (it's very dangerous). What is this saying?

Are these men trying to say: "I like naked women" ??

Wow - that is DEEP dude -- do you REALLY? really? a MAN? Liking a naked woman? WHO KNEW???

I can't help thinking, Ok, you put a naked woman on your truck. I, as a woman, think to myself, huh, that's nice- but I'd rather see a NAKED MAN on your truck. I'd stop and spend more time with you. Naked Women are not attracting me to you..... ( BIG GUY TIP HERE: it's actually a huge red flag and we RUN in the other direction).

IN FACT, a naked woman on your truck is ACTUALLY ATTRACTING OTHER MEN!! Are you gay? If not, good, because you are in fact attracting Straight Men (not gay men - who would like the same stickers I would like!!!)

Us Chicks should be putting the Naked Woman stickers on OUR cars to attract YOU DUDES. Right????

Maybe we like the idea of looking at our truck at the pit stop and checking out our stickers? why is it always about what the woman want!!!!

I honestly dont see the point of putting picks of anybody on a car? unless your in real estate, unfortunately though, not all people have a logical view point... therefor, they think its cool... so they they put it on their car... thats about as far as the thinking goes im afraid.

Or... its in the subconscious.. every man wants a woman to stick around, not run away screaming when you look your worse... not ask you for the cash after sex... etc. So maybe when a hairy, 260pound smellin of urine cause the bottle slipped trucker sees his little mud flap (wouldnt that be a cute pet name... lol) he feels loved and knows that no matter how much sh1t he drives her through she aint leavin or runnin away... although getting your girl stolen is much easier.

this is hysterical. i never thought of this. is it an advertisment for the man stating he is available? and if so i personally would want to see a sticker of a man cooking, cleaning, and if there were a sticker possible, a man paying attention to his partner!!!!

Victoria secret models display elegance and sleek perfection... i would never go out with one but id put a booklet on my coffee table just cause its purdy. I prefer real woman and all there god given quirks. No model can compete with a woman with natural dimples and no eating dissorder... we really dont like having ribs for supper and in bed. So we have established that stickers are for losers and VS models (although beautiful) are not what really what gives a guy the urge to take you on the kitchen counter. Good Chat ;)

I find it amusing that this is getting this much attention. Let me point out a few things:
First, not all men have the girl silhouette on their cars. Second, not all people with that silhouette on their cars are men.

People will display on their cars things, pictures, silhouettes etc. that they like. The are not doing it to attract someone. They are not doing it to offend someone. They simply like that particular design. Who are you to judge anyone else? How dare you sterotype them as being 'rednecks' just because they like a picture you don't. Are you really self centered enough to think that they must be attacking you in some way? Or that they should not like it just because you don't?

Let people be themselves, let them express themselves how ever they choose. Its not hurting you or infringing on your rights. Its a freaking silhouette!

The female silhouette stickers and decals, no matter where they are, serve as a celebration of the woman body. Men find it aesthetically pleasing. It is more or less a simplified version of highly praised Greek sculptures. Men sculpted naked men and women alike. Like Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, no sexual implementations should be inferred. God made every human body perfect and in his image. The silhouettes candidly exult the perfection of every human body. The body does not need to be perfect (according to the world's standards) or barbie-like, but its hard to characterize a curveless body into a 3-inch heigh sticker.

This has to be the dumbest thing I have ever read. If you're really that ticked off that men look at women stop wearing jewelry, makeup, perfume, don't shave or wear your hair attractively, don't flirt with us or pose for magazines or advertisements and start wearing wearing a car tarp for clothing . Umm... This is seriously the stupidest thing I found on the internet. I was searching the web for info on the "Mudflap girl" "trucker lady" etc. and this is what I find? I don't know if this site is meant to be for young women of say.... the 13-16 year old range but it really sounds like it.

The "mudflap" girl is just like a pin-ups being painted on aircrafts as "nose art." It has nothing to do with you driving down Route 95.

Ok, True Story:

I was at the supermarket the other day, and the woman in front of me in the produce aisle had actually gotten tattoos of the Naked Woman image on the back of her arms, a few inches above her elbows!!!

What was she thinking?!?!?!"Oh, Yeah, I want to look like the back of a big rig when people are behind me."

I am SOOOOOO GLAD that we men do NOT have a monopoly on stupidity...
