Which is it, ladies - McDreamy or Finn????

Tonight's the night! Grey's Anatomy is back on the air! Actually, so is "The Office" AND "My Name is Earl"... but I digress.

The burning question on everyone's mind today is obvious. If you were Meredith, would you choose Finn....

or McDreamy???

The NY Post took a fan-in-the-street poll which declared Finn the winner. I didn't even remember that his name was Finn, and I finally got around to watching the season finale the day before yesterday. He's sweet and cute (and hello, cute butt!) HOWEVER - he is not my first choice.

If Meredith knew what was good for her long-term, she'd do her best to win George back. I know, it would make for boring tv. But once, just once, I'd like to see a fictional tv star make a smart choice in boyfriends. Second choice - fine, I'll go with Finn, he is cute!!

So...what do YOU think? Finn or McDreamy or....?

Mc. Deamy looks strung out. I'd definitely choose Mc Vet, hands down.

As much as my good sense is telling me McVet is the way to go (with George being the even smarter choice, as you pointed out) McDreamy is just too delicious and there is no way I could turn him down. (Easy for me to say, since in real life I already have a "George" that I'm crazy in love with.)

George is not the smart choice! She doesn't even like him...they have no basis for a relationship, he places her on a pedestal and she just sees through him.
How could he be the good choice?!

I agree with Melly that George isn't a smart choice. They have no mutal attraction. Personally, I think McDreamy is delicious, but if Meredith were to be practical she should choose Finn. He's plenty good looking and has the added bonus of NOT being married to SOMEONE ELSE already! ;-)

I'm so looking foward to tonight, except I am really irritated about all of the shows piling up on one night.

What I'd really like is for Mc Steamy to come back and have a little something going on between he and Meredith. Lol. But out of Finn & Derek, I'd say Finn.

George and Finn are wrong for Meredith in the same way that Aidan was wrong for Carrie on SATC. Even though most of the women in America wanted her to stay with Aidan, in the end it was Big who turned out to be the one for her. Something about them clicked in the same way that Mer and Der click on Grey's. But in the same way that Carrie and Big didn't get it together until the last episode, I'm sure it will be some time before Meredith leaves her "dark and twisty" days behind. But man do I love that show!

Ummmm.... I really would go with McDreamy... He is obviously in love with her and he said he would leave Addison either way. Besides not that I agree with adultry, but Addison cheated on Derek with his best friend, I think the score is even.

I really would have to go with McDreamy I mean that is what we all have been waiting for since day 1 of Grey's, right? I mean yes Finn is a little more innocent didn't cheat on his wife but she loves McDreamy and he finally loves her if she cared at all about McVet she would not have slept with McDreamy on prom night, dontcha think so?

I would totally go with the hot vet - he is sweet- straight up - McDreamy is so dreamy, but he is unfair - to both of the women in his life - the constant crap that he kept putting Meredith through while he was making his decison - putting them both in limbo basically made my decision real clear - McDreamy is unworthy - and George is a sweet guy - Meredith has no clue, which makes her unworthy of George!! I like George's new gal -

If Meredith wants a sizzling, white hot but short-lived relationship, she should go with McDreamy. If she wants a real relationship with a decent honest guy, then she should go with Finn. Speaking from experience and from my friend's experiences, if you go for the guy you whole heartedly desire, body and soul, chances are it won't end up the way the you planned. If you try to date a real guy (not a catalogue model), you have a friendship first, which blossoms into love and that love (and all the things that come with real love) are the best you could ever have gotten.

PS - How hot was it when Finn said "by the way, I'm not that innocent?" That floored me. He won me over with that comment right there.
