LOL, we actually played this as a shower game at my bridal shower (many, many moons ago) and it was hysterical! Of course our contestants were timed and then judged by (the totally unqualified) me!

I appreciate this level of creativity, but there's no way I could do it. It's awesome when people have passion to create like that. I'm more technical than creative.
